We believe that every individual has the right to self-defense and are committed to preserving and supporting the Second Amendment through education and empowerment. Our goal is to make it easy for Coloradans to find the information and tools they need to be safe, responsible, and informed gun owners.

Who we are
Meet Alicia Garcia, the Boomstick Babe
Alicia Garcia is a proud Colorado native and one of the most influential voices in the Second Amendment movement today. A nationally and state-certified firearms educator, range safety officer, civil rights activist, and unapologetic 2A absolutist, Alicia has dedicated her life to defending the human right of self-defense.
She is the co-founder of The 2nd Syndicate, a nonpartisan grassroots organization created with Spartan Defense Armory and Training to arm, educate, and inform Coloradans on their constitutional rights. Alicia also serves as the Founding Board Secretary of the Colorado Federal Firearms Licensee Association (CFFLA), where she helps lead the charge in defending FFLs and firearm businesses across the state.
Alicia is a co-plaintiff in Garcia v. Polis, a pivotal lawsuit brought with Rocky Mountain Gun Owners (RMGO) to overturn SB23-1219—the unconstitutional 3-day waiting period to obtain a firearm in Colorado.
She is also a recognized media presence and voice for the 2A community. Every Friday at 7:10 a.m. MST, Alicia can be heard on the Kim Monson Show on KLZ 560 AM, giving weekly updates and insight on the fight for gun rights. She also co-hosts The 2nd Syndicate YouTube show every Thursday with Teddy Collins on the Spartan Defense Armory channel, which has over 440,000 subscribers. Their show exposes Colorado’s gun control agenda, interviews politicians and lawmakers, shares powerful stories of self-defense, and keeps viewers informed on current events in the fight for liberty.
Alicia’s firearms training has taken her across the country, where she’s studied under some of the best in the world, including W.O.F.T., Wyoming Tactical, Kevin Dixie of No Other Choice, and Ken Scott of Provectus Group. Her work continues to empower individuals and communities to stand up, speak out, and stay armed.
